Pandr Design Co is seeking a bad ass, brainy, marketing machine to join our team! We are looking for someone local to San Diego to work full-time (40 hours per week) in our office in North Park.

We are only accepting candidates looking for a long-term commitment to grow within the role. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

With Pandr, you’ll experience an exciting work environment unlike any other. Everyday is different. There are endless opportunities within this position and we want to push the limit.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing workload and client relationships

  • Courting new clients for the company

  • Overseeing implementation of social media, public relations, internal communications, email marketing and website management

  • Outreach for Pandr Design Co. murals

  • Phone calls and follow ups to potential clients

  • Management of Pandr inbox

  • Set up meetings, calls, and events via calendar invites

  • Update website with new and noteworthy projects

  • Post new murals to Google Maps

  • Press releases for noteworthy murals/projects

  • Hold down the office while the boss ladies are on work trips

  • Must have a love for cheese

  • Must live in San Diego and be able to commute to and from North Park

  • Okay with light travel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable going to networking events and representing Pandr

  • Medium level graphic experience or knowledge

  • Strong analytical/critical thinking and outreach skills

  • Be highly motivated and maintain a proactive approach to meeting goals

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Must be a go-getter who can come up with new ideas and can work independently without having to be told what to do all the time

  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects and work independently within deadlines

  • Independent worker capable of managing deadlines and fluctuating workloads

  • Ability to service a diverse set of clients including retail, real estate, and sports

  • Strong client and interpersonal relationships

  • Must have a computer to use at work

BONUS POINTS:

  • Can use a paintbrush

  • Has a love for fashion and travel

  • Knows SEO/code

  • Down with company photoshoots

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Management, PR, Communications, Marketing or Advertising or equivalent work experience

  • 1 to 3 years of business, marketing, public relations or equivalent experience
