Painting a mural at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula, CA brought together two of our favorite things: art and wine!

Pandr was hired to paint this mural to mark the winery's 25th anniversary. Over a intensive two days, we brought to life a complex design laden with “Easter eggs” that celebrate the winery's unique character and history. The mural features nods to Wilson Creek’s beloved dogs, the iconic on-site bridge, and other subtle details that regular visitors will recognize and appreciate.

What made this project particularly exciting, though, was the use of a VR headset to lay out the design. This was the first time I’ve ever tried using VR to paint a mural. The headset allowed me to map out this pretty complex mural virtually, eliminating the need for traditional projection methods and honestly making the whole experience a lot more efficient!

We celebrated the completion of the mural with a glass of rosé, toasting to both the winery's milestone and the fusion of art and technology that made this project so much fun, and so rewarding!
